Child Tuition Information

At Destiny Childcare & Development Center, we strive to make the payment process simple and convenient for our families.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash

• Money Orders

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)

Receipts will be provided for all payments made by cash or credit card. For security purposes, all cash payments must be submitted directly to the Executive Administrator or Office Manager.

Tuition payments are due on a bi-weekly basis and must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement.

Child Care Subsidy Program

Destiny Childcare & Development Center proudly accepts Ohio child care subsidies.

Families receiving child care assistance are responsible for completing and submitting all required documentation by the designated deadlines to maintain eligibility and enrollment. Parents of subsidized children must also sign a fee agreement acknowledging responsibility for any applicable parent fees and other childcare expenses.

If a family becomes ineligible for child care assistance, a new tuition agreement will be established based on Destiny Childcare & Development Center's current private-pay tuition rates. Families will be responsible for all tuition charges moving forward.

If you anticipate difficulty making a payment on time, we encourage you to contact the Program Administrator as soon as possible. Open communication allows us to work together to find the best solution for your family's needs.
